1) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging"
3) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging"


Step 2: Scan your deleted or lost Samsung videos and audios


Once the USB debugging have successfully to be set, the Samsung recovery software will detect your device directly. Click on the "Start" button to begin analyzing and scanning your Samsung device now. According to amount of your data, it may spend a certain amount of time to scan the data, please be patient.


Note: Before scanning your device, you will be asked to go back to your device’s homescreen again and click "Allow" to go on. Then click the "Start" again to scan the lost data on it.


Step 3: Preview and recover SMS from Samsung selectively
